Tilehurst, near Reading, has a long history of tile-making. Tilehurst Potteries at Kentwood Hill specialised in handmade tiles and flowerpots, operating until the 1960s.
Tilehurst handmade clay roof tiles offer traditional character, with variations in shape and texture that give a roof an individual appearance. Our reclaimed tiles measure approximately 10½ × 6½ inches and provide options for repairs, extensions, barns and outbuildings where a weathered finish complements the building.
When matching an existing roof, compare the tiles’ dimensions, profile and condition to ensure they are suitable for the intended work.
