Redland 49 and Marley Ludlow Plus are compact concrete interlocking roof tiles, available in a variety of colours with smooth or granular finishes. Although similar in appearance, the Redland 49 has a cambered surface, while the Ludlow Plus has a flatter, more angular profile.

Redland began as the Redhill Tile Company in Surrey in 1919, and its 49 tile became widely used during the post-war housebuilding boom. Marley was founded by Owen Aisher in 1924, producing its early concrete tiles at Marley Farm in Harrietsham, Kent.

Our reclaimed range offers weathered tiles for repairs and matching existing roofs. The two designs should not be treated as interchangeable: dimensions and interlocks must be checked, and any use on separate roof slopes assessed against each product’s installation requirements.
