Our reclaimed hard-baked handmade roof tiles combine a hard-fired clay body with the individual textures and variations of traditional handmade roofing. Colours and surface finishes vary between makers and batches, offering an established appearance for period properties, roof repairs and extensions.
Firing develops the clay’s strength and can produce rich natural colours without an applied glaze. The term “hard-baked” does not, however, mean that every tile is glazed or has the same weather-resistance properties.
Available in approximately 10½ × 6½ inches and 11 × 7 inches, subject to stock.
